I’m a 35 year old female who’s tried many different programs and diets. I found I could pick myself apart, follow every new popular workout class, and try the newest fad diet. Yes I may have gotten a fast result but it wasn’t sustainable, they never truly fit my life style, I simply couldn’t obtain these new fads and truly be happy.

I’ve been in the fitness industry since I was in my early 20’s with many different movement trainings such as cardio boxing, HITT, bootcamp style, yoga, marathon trainings, weight lifting, and nutrition. If you work with me one on one I will personalize a program that will fit your lifestyle. We’ll make small changes over time that are obtainable.
